Wiley Post is one of the most celebrated people of his time. He was greeted by adoring throngs and by President Franklin Roosevelt. You will see him dressed as he would be while flying an open cockpit airplane. He is wearing his helmet and goggles, leather jacket and high boots to protect him from the wind and the cold. He will tell you how he came to get interested in flying, about his days doing stunts and parachuting from a plane at barn storming air shows, his record setting flights around the world, and his flights to altitudes never before achieved. He will tell you about his troubles as a young man being a highway robber and how he eventually straightened out his life. He will interact with the you throughout the cruise and take questions.
